We understand that yatra plans can change due to health, weather or unforeseen circumstances. This policy explains the cancellation charges and refund timelines applicable to all bookings made with Atulya Heli Yatra. Please read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.
Please note: Char Dham helicopter slots, hotel rooms during peak yatra season (May–June, September–October), and Yatra Registration involve significant non-refundable advance commitments to third parties. Our cancellation slabs reflect these realities.

In case the Char Dham yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen reasons, the journey will be conducted on the next available day. If not, then a 5% Service Charge + Utilized Services (Hotel Stay and Transportation) will be applicable in case of cancellation.
In case passengers test COVID positive before travel, or the Yatra gets called off by the government, or any National or State Emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable.
While the tour is ongoing, if any group demands to cancel their tour mid-way, the arrangement of transportation will be done by Atulya Hotels; however, the cost for the same will be borne by the passengers on a direct payment basis. No refund will be provided for the unused services in such cases.
We strongly recommend that every pilgrim purchases comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation and personal accident. Atulya Heli Yatra can guide you to insurance partners but does not directly provide insurance.
